Stralis energy are the go to ASP (Accredited Service Provider) if you have been requested by your distributor or consultant to upgrade the network to your development, construction project, premise or renovation. Often Stralis Energy are contacted when the Consultant, Builder, Electrician or Owner have determined that they need to upgrade the infrastructure to their property to obtain more power to meet the sites requirements. The process involved in upgrading the power supply to the property involves many steps and is a time consuming and lengthy process when dealing with the energy distributors such as Essential Energy, Ausgrid and Energex. A thorough understanding of the process is required to ensure the upgrades occurs in a timely manner.

Often we have clients come to us with the realisation that their project needs a power upgrade at late stages of the project. Due to the lengthy process in design and approvals by the distributor it is extremely important that the site power supply requirements are determined at the beginning of the project. Some approvals with the distributor such as Essential Energy can take 6-12 months. At Stralis, we make sure all requirements are determined prior to commencing a project.

Meeting Complex Requirements

Complex power supply requirements such as in Industrial or commercial development areas. Often, we have found that our competitors do not have the large quantity of staff and array of equipment that we carry and they struggle to meet the requirements of their clients. Stralis Energy are a Complex Accredited Contractor not just an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) with Essential Energy. Not any Level 1 company can be a Complex Contractor. To Obtain the top qualification as a Complex Contractor we have undertaken a rigorous audit by Essential Energy. This Audit is undertaken over a 6-12-month period and allows us to work directly with Essential Energy.

Communication is such an important part of the client-contractor relationship. We pride ourselves that we keep our clients informed weekly or at all steps in relating to their project. Often we have heard that our competitors haven’t kept in contact with the client causing the client to be come frustrated with the not being able to understand where their project is up to.

Stralis Energy’s services are often needed all over the country. Stralis Energy have completed many large scale projects right across NSW and QLD. Being based in Ballina, NSW majority of our work lies in Northern NSW and Southern QLD.

Our domestic solar installation focuses on Northern NSW including Ballina, Lismore, Byron Bay, Casino, Yamba, Grafton, Tweed Heads and Gold Coast.
